Fast shipping. In-stock orders placed before the cutoff time normally ship the same business day.
Monday–Friday cutoff: 3:00 PM Pacific · 4:00 PM Mountain · 5:00 PM Central · 6:00 PM Eastern.
Saturday cutoff: 11:00 AM Pacific · 12:00 PM Mountain · 1:00 PM Central · 2:00 PM Eastern.
After the cutoff? Orders placed after the cutoff normally ship the next business day. Sunday and postal-holiday orders ship the next available business day.
Special orders. Special-order items have a lead time because they are made or configured specifically for your order. Timing can vary, and depending on where your order falls in our production cycle, some special orders can be completed very quickly.
Tracking. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost. Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping damage? Keep the packaging, take a few photos, and contact us. We'll help get it sorted out.
International shipping. We primarily ship within the United States. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what we can do.
